Everybody has blue days
These are miserable days when you feel lousy
grumpy
lonely
and utterly exhausted
Days when you feel small and insignificant
On blue days you can become paranoid that everyone is out to get you


 When everything seems just out of reach
I can't rise to the occasion
Just getting started seems impossible
and I feel like shouting
"Will someone please shout me!"
I'm not sure how much longer I can hang on
I have a splitting headache
I'm fed up
and I can't take it anymore
I wishes blue days can leave me alone

I've done my best
so I should face it
